Managed Services and Solution as a Service

Shirak Technologies deliver remotely managed IT infrastructure services via VPN connections typically on a proactive bases. This is dedicated short-term services or annual subscription-based services for recurring revenue. We deliver our offerings based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) to meet the downtime constraints, reliability matters and quicker turnaround time for fixing errors, performing system recovery or disaster mitigation. This includes also the Solution as a Service when the company deploy custom system for remote sensing and provide subscription based access to the central dashboard.
